Commission Info / Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree that:
1. You are 18+ (if you commission a NSFW model) if you are found out or heavily suspected of being under 18 while commissioning me for a NSFW model I will refuse to continue on the model. In order for me to start work on a 18+ commission you must be verified in my discord server DCPM. I will not start work on NSFW comms unless I am confident that all parties involved are 18+, and if ya want a NSFW model but your under 18 all I can say is shoo shoo, go away.2. We both have full rights, with some exceptions, of the finished products files. We can both share and modify the project file to our hearts content, the only right I reserve as the original model creator is you CANNOT make profit off of the finished product. So feel free to post about, edit, or do whatever you want with the model, just be nice enough to credit me for my work and not try to sell it to someone else.3. You have to work around my schedule, I have a life outside of modeling Minecraft honkers and that means I can’t always work on said Minecraft badonkers. There may be some extended periods of time where I wont be able to work on models and your gonna have to just live with that.4. I reserve the right to drop your commission for any reason, so just be a decent person.
Process of Commissioning Me
1. After reading through all of this you DM me on discord W3eb.
2. In said DM you provide details on what you want me to make, and provide a budget.
3. Once a solid idea of what will be made is at a state where I can begin work I'll start modeling, if the model is large enough (over $100) i will ask for a portion of the total estimated cost of the project.
4. I work on the model for however long it takes me to make it, you'll know when I'm working based on all of the WIP screenshots and clips.
5. I confirm a final price and get paid.
6. You get the project file

If you’re commissioning me I'm going to assume you want a female model of some kind, that’s kind of became my niche within the CPM community, but I can still make things other than massive Minecraft badonkers. I’m also comfortable (and highly encourage) with you sending me both SFW and NSFW reference images, videos, or any other files to help me figure out the model.After commissioning I'll be glad to help with any technical difficulties you have with the model, though any major changes with the model will be considered as another commission. If CPM releases a procedural animation/part physics update and you want the model to use it that will be treated as a separate animation commission.
